This agreement is considered valid and enforceable once you have agreed to it and started registering with the Sultan Store in accordance with Article Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article 1 - Introduction and Definitions:
The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement. Below you will find the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this agreement:
- (The store) This phrase refers to the Sultan Store, and this definition includes all forms of the Sultan Store on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the Internet, or a commercial store.
- (User) This term refers to any consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its online platform.
- (The Agreement) This term refers to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.
Article Two - User's Legal Capacity:
- The user acknowledges that he has the legal capacity, according to Sharia and regulations, to deal with the store, or that he is at least eighteen years old.
The user agrees that if he violates this article, he shall bear the consequences of this violation before third parties.
Article Three - The nature of the Sultan Store's commitment:
- The Sultan Store's commitment to consumers or users is to provide (the service or product).
- Sultan Store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) required by the user.
Article Four - Rules for Using the Sultan Store:
- The user commits to using the Sultan Store's electronic platform in accordance with public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- When purchasing a service or product from Sultan Store, the user agrees not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:
By applying for membership in Sultan Store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and password to use when accessing Sultan Store services, and by doing so you agree to:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to immediately inform Sultan Store of any unauthorized use of your Sultan Store account information or any other breach of your confidential information.
- The Sultan Store will in no way be responsible for any loss that may be incurred by you, directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of the disclosure of username or password information.
- You commit to using your account or membership with Sultan Store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. If someone else uses it, this is evidence that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and on your account.
- When using Sultan Store, you commit to using it with all seriousness and credibility.
- You agree to disclose true, correct, up-to-date, complete and lawful information about yourself as required during registration with Sultan Store and you agree to update your data if it changes in reality or if the need arises.
- Sultan Store is committed to handling your personal information and contact details with complete confidentiality.
- If it becomes clear to Sultan Store that you have disclosed information that is untrue, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or contrary to what is stated in the User Agreement, Sultan Store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, and account on the platform, without prejudice to Sultan Store’s other rights and legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting other users.
- In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the management of Sultan Store has the right to suspend or cancel your membership or block you from accessing Sultan Store services again.
Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:
The parties to this agreement agree that communication will be via email and the phone number registered on the platform.
The user agrees that all agreements, declarations, statements and other communications provided electronically are equivalent to their written counterparts and constitute a valid and independent argument in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
- The user agrees to be contacted and notified of any provisions relating to this agreement or to dealing with him through the Sultan Store management broadcasting general messages that are sent to all users or to specific users of the Sultan Store.
Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:
- Sultan Store may notify you of any amendment to this agreement in accordance with the official communication channels under this agreement, and accordingly your obligations may increase or your rights may decrease in accordance with any amendments that may be made to this agreement.
- In case of objection to any amendment to the Terms of Use, Sultan Store hopes that you will stop using its services, as your access to your account in Sultan Store or your use of Sultan Store is considered your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete agreement without ignorance, and Sultan Store accepts discussion of any suggestion regarding these terms.
- All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform in addition to any other expenses added by Sultan Store, provided that payment is made through the approved, specified and available methods through Sultan Store.
- Sultan Store may charge some users fees depending on the offers, products or services they request, or on the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
- Sultan Store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or deduct any fees or expenses under the terms and conditions of the User Agreement, for any user, regardless of the reason for their registration.
Article Eight - Payment and Settlement Services for Shops in Sultan Store:
- Sultan Store, through its partners, provides a payment and settlement system. Payments can be made entirely online through the payment options available on Sultan Store or through any payment method that Sultan Store provides from time to time.
- Al Sultan Store is committed to setting the price of the service or product it offers in its store according to the commonly accepted market value.
- Al Sultan Store is committed to providing invoices, receipts and delivery notes for all amounts and profits generated in its store, and is committed to giving the user an invoice for their purchase of a service or product.
- Al Sultan Store is committed to providing the accounting specifications commonly accepted in its online store, in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and in light of the legal, economic, commercial and regulatory interests in this arrangement.
Article Nine - Your personal information and transaction details:
The user acknowledges granting Sultan Store an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable right to use any personal or other information or materials provided or made available to the Sultan Store platform, or published on the platform through the user's registration or use of the platform, via designated communication and registration forms, email, or any other communication channels available on the platform. This is for the purpose of achieving any interests deemed appropriate by the platform.
- The provisions regarding the confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the "Privacy and Confidentiality Policy" of Sultan Store, and to the provisions in this agreement relating to confidentiality of information.
Article Ten - Intellectual Property:
- The intellectual property rights of Sultan Store are fully owned by Sultan Store, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Sultan Store, which include Sultan Store itself, and the words, logos and other symbols belonging to or displayed on Sultan Store, as Sultan Store, and every right that follows Sultan Store, are fully intellectual property rights owned by Sultan Store.
Article Eleven - Sultan Store's Responsibility:
- Al Sultan Store is committed to conducting its business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
- Sultan Store does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, by the user, or by a third party such as shipping companies.
- Al Sultan Store, its employees, owners, and those who represent them are committed to ensuring that (the product or service) is sound, legitimate, and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.
Article Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:
- Sultan Store adopts (tangible, organizational and technical) standards to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to and preservation of users’ personal information.
- As a user, you acknowledge that the internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through Sultan Store.
- Sultan Store has no control over the actions of any third party, or third parties, such as other internet pages linked to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
- You know and agree that Sultan Store may use the information you have provided to provide you with services at Sultan Store and to send you marketing messages, and that the privacy policy at Sultan Store governs the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identity information, and the rules of confidentiality of information are subject to the "Privacy and Confidentiality Policy" of Sultan Store.
Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:
Sultan Store may suspend or cancel a user’s membership or restrict a user’s access to the platform’s services at any time, without notice, for any reason, and without limitation.
Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:
Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by Sultan Store within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the seven days have passed in all cases.
- The invoice or order number must be presented, and the consumer who made the request must be spoken to. The request will not be accepted from another party.
- For a product to be replaced, it must be in good condition, including the product packaging and all its accessories, and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. Al Sultan Store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
- In the event that the wrong product arrives and does not match the consumer's invoice, Sultan Store must replace the product, with Sultan Store bearing all costs.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
- If seven days have passed since the date of receiving the product.
- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.
- If the product is towels or bathrobes, this is for health reasons.
- If the product is a sleeping pillow, then it should be removed from its plastic compression bag.
- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.
If the provisions of the aforementioned exchange policy are met, the consumer has the right to exchange the product from Al Sultan store, and in this case the customer shall bear a fee of 23 riyals.
Article Fifteen - Return Policy:
- The return policy is valid if all the above exchange conditions are met and Sultan Store is unable to replace the product with its equivalent.
- If the provisions of the aforementioned return policy are available, the consumer has the right to return the product to Sultan Store and receive a refund of the amount paid, minus all shipping costs (round trip) and electronic payment fees, as these are amounts paid to a third party (the shipping company and the payment gateway company).
- The full amount will only be refunded if there is a defect or fault in the product, and the product will be sent first to ensure that the fault was not due to misuse by the customer.
The consumer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if the shipment is not delivered to the shipping company. If the order is delivered to the shipping company, the order will be canceled after the product is returned to Sultan Store, and all shipping costs will be deducted.
- Shipping costs are calculated even if you receive a free shipping offer from Sultan Store, as the basic principle is that Sultan Store pays the shipping costs to a third party (the shipping company).
- In the case of payment through one of the electronic payment methods, Al Sultan Store has the right, when returning the amount, to deduct the value of the commission collected from the electronic payment gateway, as these are amounts paid to a third party (the payment gateway company).
- The refund amount will be transferred within 7-14 business days from acceptance of the refund request.

Article Seventeen - Product Colors:
The colors of the products on our website depend on the type of device you use; the range of colors on the website is likely to vary from device to device.
Article Eighteen - Applicable Law or Regulation:
This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is subject in full and completely to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Nineteen - General Provisions:
- In the event that any article or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any article or clause contained in the User Agreement is no longer valid, such matter shall not invalidate the validity of the remaining articles, clauses and terms contained in the User Agreement and they shall remain in force until further notice from the management of Sultan Store.
This User Agreement, which may be amended from time to time as required, constitutes the User Agreement, operating mechanism, understanding, agreement, and contract between Sultan Store and the user. Both parties to this agreement agree that the following shall be taken into consideration:
- Arabic is the language to be used when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.
- All prices displayed for services or products at Sultan Store may be modified from time to time.
- The promotional or marketing offers that may be put forward by Sultan Store are temporary offers, as Sultan Store has the right to modify or discontinue these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
The parties to this agreement commit to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations, and applicable laws related to the nature of the transaction between Sultan Store and the user.
This User Agreement shall only be cancelled by a decision issued by the management of Sultan Store.
