Al Sultan Store currently ships to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
Your order will be delivered within (4-9) working days within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (depending on the city) after the order is handed over to the shipping company.
(For example: Orders received on Thursday evenings and Fridays of each week are shipped on the following Saturday as the first working day).
- Likewise, official holidays and vacations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not counted as shipping and delivery days.
Entering your mobile number and address correctly guarantees delivery of the order within the specified time. If the entered data is incorrect, it will take an additional delivery time of up to 14 working days .
- When the operations team receives your order, they will prepare it and then send you an email containing the order invoice and shipment number. You can track the shipment through the shipping company’s website after receiving the tracking link.
- Some sub-regions are not served by home delivery, so the customer must pick up the shipment either from a branch of the shipping company Aramex + SMSA or a location determined by the shipping company.
- Sultan Bedding Store has the right to change the shipping company as it sees fit during the seasons throughout the year.
- If the customer refuses to receive the order, the order will be cancelled after the product is returned to the Sultan store, and only the value of the product will be refunded, excluding the delivery commission paid by the customer.
The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is handed over to the shipping company:
If your order status is (pending review), you must contact customer service directly to cancel your order before execution.
If your order status is (Completed - Shipped - Delivered) The order cannot be cancelled because it has been handed over to the shipping company. The customer must receive the order and then contact us to return it according to the policy explained in the store.
Shipping costs are determined based on the order value:
- If the order value is less than 299 Saudi Riyals , the shipping cost will be 23 Saudi Riyals .
- However, if the order value is 299 Saudi Riyals or more , the shipping cost is free .
- When the order is with the cash on delivery option, with a maximum value of 1000 riyals, a fee of 10 Saudi riyals will be added .
